install usb drivers
extract the upgrade tool
and run researchdownload.exe

after execution
click load packet
and then browse for the dowloaded pac firmware
after loading packet hit the play icon on the upgrade tool
insert usb from computer to phone while holding volume up and down into the phone
wait for the process to finish
your phone should work now.
