Procedure:
Install ADB Fastboot on PC
Extract the downloaded firmware and copy this 3 files into C:adb folder
fastboot.img
recovery.img
boot.img
also copy and paste the downloaded firmware in that folder without extracting it
Just like this
- Put the phone in fastboot mode (power button and volume up)
- Connect it to PC then wait for the drivers to installed
open adb folder and from there press and hold shift key into your keyboard
and right click in the mouse while still holding shift key
choose open command window here
write the following commands
fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
after that in the phone fastboot mode
choose reboot recovery
press the volume up and down at the same time to make the option visible
and in that recovery mode choose wipe data and press power to execute
wait for about 3to5 mins to complete the wipe process
choose apply update from ADB
go back to command window and issue this command
adb sideload (the name of the zip firmware)

copy the exact name of the firmware including file extension (.zip)
just like this
adb sideload UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.53-user-tested.zip
Wait for the sideload to finish extracting and installing.
